The phenomenon of the resilience of Ukrainian society is reflected in Ukrainian contemporary art, created since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. ​This art is innovative, life-affirming, and authentic, just like the entire Ukrainian people. ​We, Subjektiv, realize the importance of showcasing contemporary art and strive to provide an opportunity for society to reflect on its experience of recent years through the works of Ukrainian artists, so that each of us can see ourselves in them and reflect on what we see. ​We believe that art is a powerful tool for internal dialogue and self-knowledge, and therefore, we strive to return art from the elitist world of the chosen ones to an open space for feeling, acquiring, and owning. ​At our event at the Shevchenko Museum, you were able to see and experience the works of over 40 artists from different cities of Ukraine, from Kostyantynivka to Drohobych and from Odesa to Kharkiv. All works were created after the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Each of the works is available for purchase if you are brave enough to become part of its story.
