Composition in Art
Composition in Art is how all the items in a picture or some other piece of art work are arranged to make a whole that is more striking than its parts. The organization of the artwork into its canvas, its harmony, and its elements’ action like position, rhythm, line shape, color, color, texture and space are basted on the composition. Their emotions, messages, and intention is also done through composition.
For so long the idea of composition continues to change through different eras if enforced by art. The changes can be seen from Renaissance period of Da Vinci and Michelangelo who paints in rigidly balanced and proportioned realistic perspective with depth to modern period of Mondrian and Kandinsky who puts emotions and spirituality in his abstract forms.
It shows that there is a fine line between balance and just order and in art there is more than a notion of beauty. To maintain pleasing perceptions for modern and classical masters, controlling the legacy, work and perception of how a border without losing an idea of leading the audience with motion is vital.
