Evening in Kamianets
Painting by Yuliia Didevych
50 x 90 cm • Acrylic and oil
Location:
kyiv, Ukraine
“Evening in Kamianets” captures the quiet, poetic atmosphere of Kamianets-Podilskyi at dusk. Soft evening light gently outlines the church domes and towers, highlighting their elegant silhouettes against the fading sky. Warm window glow contrasts with cool turquoise reflections, creating a subtle interplay of mood and color.
The painting conveys a sense of calm, nostalgia, and admiration for the timeless beauty of the city — a moment suspended between day and night, where architecture and light breathe in harmony.
