Distance
Painting by Lana Korolievskaia
80 x 70 cm • Canvas, Oil
Location:
Dnipro, Ukraine
In our today's time, when the world is covered by a pandemic, people are strongly advised to wear masks and keep a distance. Everyone yearns for times, when you could safely walk the streets without masks, and not be afraid to come close to a person, without fear of contracting the coronavirus. The life-affirming picture of the artist gives faith and a positive attitude. A phrase from a song by V. Korolievskyi, compiled on the canvas, gives hope. It instills faith and gives a positive attitude: everything will definitely end, and the distance will be reduced! Let's shorten the distance, let's shorten show our faces! Moving away to the limit finally, we will understand that general unity is inevitable!
