Morning aroma of the old city

Touching a warm cup, you look at the ancient buildings opposite and imagine how many people were sitting at these tables before you. What were they thinking about? Who were they waiting for? This city has survived centuries - kings and travelers walked here, the voices of merchants sounded here, lovers wrote letters under these lanterns, and on the cobblestones there were traces not only of their feet, but also of stories, intertwined in one endless stream of time. It seems that these walls remember everything. And in this morning peace, the city seems to whisper its memories, and you listen to them along with the aroma of hot coffee.
