A walk in the light of lanterns

We spent the whole day wandering the city streets, admiring the architecture, feeling the rhythm of life pulsating between yellow taxis, old street lamps and cozy cafes. The cobblestones sparkle from the rain, the street lamps cast long shadows, and the warm light from the windows beckons with its cozy obscurity. You walk slowly down the street, clutching a cup of hot coffee that smells of dark chocolate and a hint of cardamom. The warmth of the drink spreads through your body, as if fueling your fatigue, but you take your time. The city sounds: the rustle of footsteps, distant laughter, the rustling of leaves and car signals. The light of headlights falls on the wet pavement with yellow glare. People pass by, in conversations, in thoughts, in their own worlds. You become part of this movement. Step by step, the city lets you into its space, and you breathe in its stories along with the air and the aroma of coffee. One more sip and you're on your way. To where the unexpected awaits around the corner, a new house, a new shot, a new observation, new impressions. The journey continues.
