Pascal Hardy adopted Pierre Frisch's approach: not to force the realization of a subject that one would project in stone, but first to listen to it sing under the chisel, to observe it, then to accentuate its lines of force, to play with its characteristics, and finally to make emerge what can correspond to it among one's own ideas. This approach is extremely fruitful, as it takes the sculptor to places he never imagined he'd go before. After 2014, sculpture became an everyday activity for Pascal, both in thought and in realization. The style and artistic intent of his work often revolve around organic forms, but also lightness, transparency and even emptiness.
