Drawing
A form of visual art that seems primary is drawing since it includes everything from the designing of ideas, processes, or images to patterns via the aid of either a pencil, pen, charcoal, software or any other device. The drawings astutely provide a means for the artists to express their emotions, ideas and even observations in interactive lines, shapes and textures. In fact, drawing has been around since prehistoric times and assisted immensely in human expression and communication. Today, drawing is recognized as an individual art skill and has a number of periods which are most popular for example Renaissance or the nineteenth Romantic era.
Da Vinci who is known for his anatomical after-research skeches, Durer who participated in Northern Renaissance through his world famous engravings and drawings and Kollwitz, who was appreciated for expressive, emotive drawings made of charcoal related to social hardship and human suffering are examples of pioneers every child learns. All of these artists restate the wide range aspects from which drawing can serve as a means for imagination.
Drawing is of utmost importance to contemporary artists. A myriad of drawing styles from classical figurative drawing to abstract and even experimental drawings, enable artists to tell stories, reason, and invite interaction. In the present day, drawing is still an essential skill for an artist as it is an art form that can be practiced across all cultures and eras.
