March is the beginning of spring. The beginning of life, everything wakes up. The eyes of the girl in the portrait reflect the sky. All the colors and plasticity of the lines say that winter is over, the streams are flowing and the first tender greens, untouched by anyone, begin a new life. I often draw spring or the border of the transition from sleep to awakening, how a new world is born that nobody saw yesterday. Women are like flowers, their life from the first stem to the herbarium in the family album. I divide all the cycles of my life into seasons and months. March is the beginning, it is sprouting.
