Roads
Painting by Savuliak Vita
100 x 100 cm • Acrilic
Location:
Bromley, United Kingdom
“Roads” is a geometric abstract composition symbolizing the intersections of human paths, the choices we make, and the inner changes that shape who we are.
Created with acrylic on a 100×100 cm canvas, the piece blends sharp lines, contrasting colours and textured surfaces, forming a visual map of movement — both external and emotional.
Inspired by the atmosphere of Ukrainian cities, the rhythm of Lviv, and the feeling of being constantly in motion, the painting reflects the idea that our roads are rarely straight. They cross, diverge, and come together again — just like people’s lives.
Red and blue lines represent decisions and turning points. Brighter segments mark clarity and direction, while the darker areas capture moments of pause, when the next step must be found. At the centre of the composition lies a point where all routes meet, creating a strong sense of energy and motion.
This artwork is about choice, direction, and quiet determination.
About moving forward even when the road is difficult.
About Ukraine — a place that continues its path with resilience and strength.
