Time Hears Us

Flowers Grow from Dark Moments is a series about hope that grows even through ruins. It was made using the technique of double exposure on analog film. The buildings of my native Kharkiv, destroyed by enemy missiles, are layered with images of flowers, some of which grew right next to the ruins, and others I came across on my way. This is how the metaphor of rebirth appeared: even after an explosion, the earth is able to “bloom”
