Olena Yanko
Olena Yanko is a Ukrainian artist who creates paintings and transforms spaces through art. Born in 1989 in Netishyn, Khmelnytskyi region, she graduated with honors from art school and earned a Master’s degree in Architecture from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in 2013. She previously worked as an architect and interior designer. Currently, she focuses on conceptual painting series and engages in both social and international art projects, using art as a means to address important issues. Her work includes a series of abstract landscapes reflecting a search for inner harmony amid chaos. She participates in international initiatives, including the Flowers for Hope project, and was among the artists recognized in the Ukrainian Book of Records for contributing to the largest number of murals in one location. Her work has been featured in Forbes (2022) and appeared on the cover of National Geographic Japan (2023).
