Anna Lyashenko is a Ukrainian artist born in 1991 in Cherkasy, Ukraine, where she currently lives and works. Her practice combines precision and detail with a search for metaphorical meaning. She explores the connections between life and fading, light and shadow, hope and frustration, fragility and strength, creating artworks which combine both technical skill and depth of feeling. Anna's works take part in the exhibitions at the National Taras Shevchenko Museum and the National Museum of Natural History of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
