“Mandarin Still Life” is an original oil painting from the “Form of Being” series, inspired by the dramatic light and intimate atmosphere of classical Dutch still-life painting.
A partially peeled mandarin emerges from a deep, dark background, transforming an ordinary fruit into an object of contemplation. Through color, light, texture, and close observation, the work explores presence, materiality, and the quiet beauty found in everyday forms.
Painted by Ukrainian artist Viktoriia Grokholska in Kyiv in 2026. This is a one-of-a-kind original artwork, signed by the artist.
