Artistic vision:

“I’m interested in color as a self-sufficient substance. Each shade has its own power and energy, and harmoniously combined colors can evoke deep emotions,” says Hafynets.

The black checkerboard background is built on an alternation of matte and glossy squares. You can see your own reflection in the glossy ones, while the matte ones seem deep - as if capable of drawing you in and revealing something hidden in life and thought.
The precise geometric composition enters into a dialogue with the colorful, expressive brushstrokes of thick, textured paint. They embody another side of human nature - unpredictable, dreamy, and bold.
