Oksana Gural (b. 1989) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Lviv, Ukraine. She holds a Bachelorâs degree in Architecture and a Masterâs degree in Urban Planning from the National Forestry University of Ukraine, and studied at the Oleksa Novakivskyi Lviv Childrenâs Art School.
In 2024, she completed the âArtist Careerâ course at SKVOT School, led by Marina Shcherbenko. In 2026, she completed the Creative Career Compass 5.0 educational program at Art Navigator Academy.
During the Creative Career Compass 5.0 program, Oksana Gural became a member of the ZGRAYA art collective, formed through the program. The collective won a hackathon and presented its resulting exhibition, âNesting Trajectory,â at Peremoga Space in Kyiv.
Alongside her artistic practice, Oksana Gural is the founder of Gural Jewelry, a craft studio specializing in alternative jewelry art.

The work explores illusion as a mechanism that can distort the perception of intimacy and love. At its center is pseudo-love: a form of interaction that may resemble love on the surface but can be rooted in dependency, fear, control, and the need to fill an inner void.
While examining manifestations of pseudo-love in others, I gradually turned to my own experience. This led me to recognize not only how I had been loved, but also my own inability to love without dependency, fear, and losing myself.
The work traces a shift from observing others toward recognizing my own responsibility in shaping intimacy and relationships.
