Today I continue my practice in Prague. But I was born in Kyiv into a creative family where artistic vision was our main way of communicating. This environment helped me see the world through color and form long before I first picked up a professional brush. My growth as an artist is based in a strong academic tradition. My early training at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (Kyiv) was crucial. It’s where I built the solid technical foundation that supports my work today. The encouragement I received from the Academy's masters gave me confidence and a discipline in drawing that I now incorporate into my free-form experiments. Painting has always been a key part of my life, even while I worked in political PR. This experience with complex meanings, symbols, and strategies enriched my art. It taught me to find structure in chaos and to include deep subtexts in my visuals. I never stop evolving. I constantly improve my skills by learning from top contemporary artists and looking for new ways to work. For me, art is a journey where academic knowledge meets modern myths and my personal search for the perfect form.

Brown Poodle
120 x 120 cm • Oil, Oil pastel
One of a kind
How it arrives:
Location:
Prague , Czech Republic
The composition is built entirely around an embrace. This is not merely a physical gesture, but a symbol of absolute trust and safety. The girl holds the poodle as if she is cradling her own soul. The way the poodle rests its head on her shoulder conveys a wordless sense of peace and devotion. Here, the poodle serves as a reflection of the inner self. This merging of two beings into a single silhouette emphasizes that we only become whole when we embrace all sides of ourselves – both the human and the instinctive. "Brown Poodle" is a manifesto of tenderness. The painting teaches us that the most important devotion in life is devotion to oneself. It radiates a calm strength that only emerges when we finally allow ourselves to be both vulnerable and protected within our own embrace.
