Yehor Dulin
Artist from Ukraine
Yehor is a contemporary artist from Lysychansk (Eastern Ukraine).
He is known for his bright colour palette and canvases which brim with light. Taking inspiration from the Spanish early impressionist artist Joaquín Sorolla, Yehor plays with contrast, exposing light and shadows. Often working in plein air, Yehor’s paintings instil the feeling of breathing freely and almost soaring above the ground.
They also reflect his character: open, light, humble. He loves to travel and have encounters and conversations with people along the way.
He has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2013. He received his education at the Kharkov Academy of Art. Yehor had more than 30 solo exhibitions in Ukraine and Europe.
2019 I received the Order for "Development of Ukraine" 2019 received Medal of "Merit to the Arts"

Irises
Painting by Yehor Dulin
80 x 70 cm • Canvas, Oil, Canvas art, Oil paint
One of a kind
Irises in the Garden, 2026
Oil on canvas, 70x80 cm
Style: Impressionism / Contemporary
This painting is an exploration of light, movement, and bold color harmony.
The blooming irises are captured in vibrant lavender, turquoise, and fresh green tones, creating an expressive atmosphere filled with summer air and energy.
I wanted to move beyond quiet observation and create a more emotional, contemporary interpretation of nature — where color and brushwork become part of the feeling itself.
The textured palette knife strokes and dynamic composition give the painting a living rhythm, balancing delicacy with strength.
