I love art since I was seven years old when I first started going to art classes I still remember drawing everything I loved, I do remember obsessing over them, now my obsession have come not to the end but to a new start.

“A New Beginning”: The name came to me quite early on, as I wanted to build this work and my idea around it. I want this piece to reflect the new beginning that comes after grief, confusion, and anger—the feeling of finding a new sense of peace and safety. In this work, that safety and peace are represented by warm hands that rescue this negative and melancholic person from their own distress.
