Painting by Oksana Fedchyshyn
80 x 110 cm • Canvas, Acrilic
Location:
Tel Aviv, Israel
In "On the Way," a tall, serene giraffe embodies the role of an inner guide, its height symbolizing an ability to see beyond the immediate. Bathed in a warm, yellow light, the acrylic painting on canvas evokes the feel of a myth, a dreamscape where humans and animals share the space of the unconscious. This unique, large-sized artwork blends symbolism and surrealism with a touch of folk art, creating a dreamlike and figurative scene. The artist's naive style enhances the painting's mythological quality, inviting viewers to explore the relationship between the human and animal realms. The palette creates a desert atmosphere with clouds, enhancing the feeling of a shared journey. Consider placing this special painting in a space where its message of trust and inner guidance can resonate daily. Its composition and color palette would be a beautiful addition to a living room, bedroom, or office, adding a touch of warmth and contemplation.
