Eugene Kachan
Artist from Ukraine
I was born and raised in Kyiv, where live and work today.
In my works, I strive to comprehend beauty, to understand it. After all, what seems beautiful to me may not be so for someone else. And at the same time, I don’t need to explain to anyone what beauty means, because it is a universal concept that we feel intuitively. Moreover, creativity gives me the opportunity to create what does not exist in the real world, fantasy plots and images that you will not encounter in everyday life, but whose beauty is also unconditional and fascinating. And it is this aspect of my creativity that allows me to look at our world differently, from a different perspective, from another side. To supplement it and find new, unknown facets and meanings in it. To feel them.
