The painting is dedicated to Ukraine. Overall, we see the yellow-blue flag of Ukraine. But these colors of the flag look heavy, sad. Next we see a lighthouse. The lighthouse as a landmark for us Ukrainians. It symbolizes that no matter how difficult the times are, thanks to landmarks (spiritual and moral values) we can survive and get through difficult times. We look at the lighthouse from the mainland, besides being a landmark, it holds back the elements, it breaks and saves us from the elements, from a big storm.
