This art work depicts the old way of African culture in my home town where a child is set to the elders to be displined if they have committed multiple intolerable offenses against their parents most especially if the child is below 16 years of age. But in this case, the child is a spitting image of the elder who was also an unpleasantly behaving juvenile in his past years.
