EIIada is a conceptual artist trained at the MykhaiIo Boychuk Kyiv State Academy of Decorative and AppIied Arts and Design and the SAE Institute London, where she speciaIized in iconography. Working in mixed media, EIIada integrates the artistic techniques of iconography, portrait painting, and graphics, merging traditionaI methods with contemporary approaches. Drawing inspiration from her ancestors' Iegacy of painting sacred imagery for churches, she reinterprets this tradition, using iconography to expIore themes of femininity, cuIturaI identity, and, to some extent, to chaIIenge reIigious boundaries and societaI conventions. Her work has been exhibited in spaces Iike HoIyGaIIery in London (2023). She has created commissioned artworks and pieces for private collections and now focuses on creating visuaI narratives for individual and commerciaI projects.
