The stages of escape from fear:
* Firstly the fear is a part of the figure, she cannot yet distinguish between the fear and her identity
* Secondly, she escapes the fear but her deepest fears remain bottled up
* Thirdly, she realises she is dancing free in a fleeting moment
* Finally, she is at a mature stage where her body is free but her mind conscious of the fear but it does not bother her anymore
The fear and the figures were painted with my feet
How do you face your fears?
Do you tackle them head on or do you wish that it will resolve itself for ever on repeat?
Why don't you face a fear tomorrow?
No matter how big or small, challenge yourself and set yourself free of something that bothers you so
