Elnara Nasirli is an Azerbaijani contemporary artist whose practice explores the intersection of environmental technology, biotechnology, and the natural world. Working across installation, sculpture, painting, sound, collage, and mixed media, she creates biomorphic environments that examine relationships between human perception, ecological systems, memory, and transformation.
Drawing on organic structures and natural processes, Nasirli combines reclaimed and unconventional materials with technological and sensory elements. Sound, spatial interventions, and interactive components play an increasingly important role in her practice, transforming her works into evolving environments rather than static objects.
Her artistic research focuses on ecological awareness, resilience, regeneration, and the complex relationships between humans and other forms of life. Through immersive and multisensory experiences, Nasirli explores the boundaries between the natural and artificial, living and non-living, while inviting viewers to reconsider their perception of and connection to the environment.

How does a modern woman escape the nets of burdens? How does she return to her wild nature that creates life? How does she ground herself? How does she bring flow to the unstable rivers of her daily existence? How to deal with the whole myriad of emotions felt every day?
The modern woman is a blur of activity.
She is pressured to be all things for all people.
She must find that energy within her yet again through reaching out to all versions of her in all dimensions: the mother, the lover, the creator, the carer, the spirit of the home, the dancer, the composer of joy, the enjoyer of the little pleasures, the soul chef, the improvisor, the fixer, the rapture, the cryer, the feeler...
As big as the universe and as small as a neuron. Energy is never enough and endless at once. We must connect to that raw inner power yet again and rebuild ourselves anew every day
