POSTCARDS FROM UKRAINE Digital illustrations 2022 The series of 24 illustrations was created during March 2022 as a reaction to russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. I depicted cities that were affected by russian aggression in the state they were "before." The illustrations were based on photographs from the list of destroyed cultural heritage sites in Ukraine and news reports. The images aim to preserve the memory of places that are now devastated by russian bombings.
